Midnight to Dawn Art Union is conducted by Trek2Health Ltd
Trek2Health Ltd is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission and is fully endorsed by the ATO as a DGR organisation. ABN: 416 352 57046. The laws of Queensland apply to Midnight to Dawn Art Union.

Trek2Health is an organisation founded with a single, noble objective – to support the physical and mental health of frontline workers, first responders, emergency services personal and veterans by providing professional services in a stigma-free and supportive environment.

We are primarily funded via the support of generous members of the community and corporate sector. Trek2Health Art Union is conducted for the purpose of thanking our supporters. 

By accepting your Trek2Health Art Union ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must provide us with your phone or address so we can contact you if you win a prize. If you do not provide your phone or address, we will email a reminder and if you do not reply, your ticket may be cancelled before the draw.

In the event of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify an entry.


We will issue a ticket to you via email within 3 working days after we receive your eligible donation. If you do not receive your ticket via email within 3 working days, please contact us and we will resend your ticket.

Tickets can be issued to all persons with an address in Australia to receive the prize.

No Gift tickets

Donations must be made in your own name or organisation name. If you win you can choose to gift your prize by letting us know and providing the recipients details to us in writing.

Closing and drawing dates

The Art Union will be closed on 11 March 2022 and a winner will be drawn on 13 March  2022. We reserve the right to extend the closing and draw dates in certain circumstances, however the draw date will not be extended past this date: 16/03/2022. If we extend the closing and drawing dates we will provide notification on our website (https://www.trek2health.org.au/) and update these Terms and Conditions.

Prizes will be drawn at random from all entries. Each ticket number has an equal chance of winning.

Prize winners will be notified via email, phone and/or postal mail. The winner must respond to the notification message to confirm the delivery details before the prize is sent. If you win but do not respond to the notification message you will not be able to receive delivery of the prize and may forfeit your right to collect the prize after a reasonable period. In case of unforeseen events beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value.

The winner’s name will be announced on our website https://www.trek2health.org.au/ and social media accounts. Only the name of the winner will be announced publicly, your contact details will not be shared. If you do not wish to have your name mentioned publicly if you win the prize, please contact us to let us know your preference. 

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Ineligibility to enter 

A person is not eligible to enter the art union if the person is any of the following: 

  • a member of the management committee of Trek2Health
  • directly engaged in conducting the draw of the art union
  • a member of the immediate family of a person mentioned above

“Immediate family’, for a person, means the person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the person. 

Refunds will be processed if:

  • There is a technical error or issue while purchasing or processing.
  • You do not accept our Terms and Conditions. 
  • You try to enter a draw that has been sold out or closed.
  • If your donation does not clear or we do not receive your accurate contact details.
  • If the name/organisation name on the entry conflicts with our organisation’s mission we reserve the right to disqualify an entry and process a refund.

Refunds will be proceeded via the same method that the donation was originally processed.

Privacy and Communications

By purchasing a ticket in the Art Union you agree for us to contact you for purposes such as: notification of the prize winner of the Art Union, any issues related to the purchase of your ticket, and marketing emails such as offering you tickets in future Art Unions. We respect your privacy and will never share your details with 3rd parties, you can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. If you unsubscribe we will only use your details to contact you if you win a prize. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we deal with your personal information.
